The surface treatment of galvanized barrels is divided into baking paint and galvanizing. The steel barrel is phosphated before painting to improve the adhesion of the product. The coating is amino baking paint or water-based metallic paint, which has bright colors, bright paint film, firmness, and good weather resistance, impact resistance, and strong adhesion. The outer surface coating of the steel barrel can be sprayed into monochrome, two-color, and three-color according to the user's choice.

The outer surface of the steel drum can also be coated with a galvanized layer, which is divided into white galvanized and Caixia galvanized. The internal treatment of the steel drum includes conventional wiping treatment, high cleanliness treatment, phosphating treatment and internal galvanized external spray paint and internal coating; the internal coating is divided into PVF coating, epoxy phenolic resin coating and water-based internal coating, which can directly hold honey, edible oil and other products, and is also suitable for the packaging of chemical raw materials such as grease.

The galvanized barrel is smelted in the metal barrel. After forming, a layer of zinc is plated on its surface to improve the corrosion resistance of the product. This galvanized barrel is also divided into two types: closed and open.

In metal packaging, most of them are coated with tinplate, and then baked after printing. For different types of products, few paint buckets do not need to be treated and are directly processed. Since metal sheet steel, tin plating, etc. will affect the holding of food when the temperature is high, which is harmful to the human body, it is necessary for galvanized buckets to require high barrier layers of rust resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance and leakage resistance when containing food to achieve the above requirements.
